Hi,
I have recently moved to square space. i would like to delete this current website as i have now moved the domain over, please can this be done asap as currently previous customers are being redirected to this site.
The site I need help with is griffithsmill.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Hi! You mentioned you’d like to delete the account and a site. This is for griffithsmill.com, correct? That domain is still registered with us, though it does point to a new site.
You wouldn’t want to delete the account, though, until the domain is safely transferred:
https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/As for deleting griffithsmill.wpcomstaging.com, no problem; we just need to get that site downgraded properly so you can delete it.
Downgrading will remove any third party themes or plugins you’ve added. You may also lose other changes and content you’ve made since adding them. Can you confirm this is fine with you? If you need anything from the site, please export the site and media first:

I’m ready to downgrade and delete the secondary website. as for the transfer, i have already transferred the domain to squarespace and have now locked the domain with them.
