  Hi there,

  You cannot close or delete this account because there is an active chargeback pending on this account.

  We offer a full refund on domain registrations if you contact us within 96 hours of the charge, but in this case you disputed the renewal charge for the domain wwwlucajfurniture.com on August 14 with your bank.

  When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy here:

  If you are willing to cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you ourselves and unlock your site so you can close your account. Again, for domain renewals we only have 96 hours to process this.

  Otherwise you will need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation, which could take eight to twelve weeks, and you will need to pay the chargeback fee of $15 to unlock your site before you can close this account.
