  Sorry to hear that! Are you deleting because you no longer need the site or is there something we can help you with?

  I see that you have a site that used to have the WordPress.com Business plan with custom themes/plugins installed. If you’d like to close your WordPress.com account, we’ll need to prepare the site for deletion first.

  When we revert the site, it returns to the state it was in before you upgraded to Business and installed the first plugin/custom theme. For your site, that date is April 26, 2019. Anything you added to the site since that date will have been removed.

  Have you moved all content elsewhere already and are you ready for us to proceed with the above? Please confirm and we’ll revert the site for you. After that, you can delete the site and close your WordPress.com account.
