    Hello there,

    As mentioned, it looks like the site was on the business plan, which has expired – but the site has not been downgraded.

    In order to delete the site and close the account, the site would need to be downgraded.

    Your site’s content, theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were before upgrading to the business plan. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.
