  Hi Sir,

  Please assist me as I would like to delete my wordpress account due to privacy issue .

  My email address for this account (email visible only to moderators and staff) .

  Hello Vanderlyn ,
  Free hosted WordPress.com account addresses cannot be deleted; only the site content can be deleted, and your access to the address will be gone forever. Once an account is deleted, you can never get it back. I see requests, often on a daily basis from people wanting their sites back. Please reconsider.

  Addresses (URLs) for blogs that have been deleted by the owner will remain deleted. We cannot, under any circumstances, allow someone to take over the address of a blog that was previously owned and deleted by its original/previous owner. Please do not submit support requests asking us to do this.

  There are other options. You can empty your site of all content (to keep your address) and change your privacy settings to make your blog private. To empty your site content:

  Empty Your Site to Start Fresh

  To make your site private go to > Settings > Reading, then scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3. For your reference:
