Delete account

    I have ‘deleted’ my account. I am now waiting on an email but I haven’t received it. When am I likely too?

    Hi year5thepines,

    The confirmation email should have already arrived. You may want to check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes it winds up there.

    HI,

    Thanks for making a response. I haven’t received the email – even in my junk folder. I went back on to double check the user email (even though I do receive emails for moderating comments)…just to be sure!

    I have since tried again and still no email. This is a class blog I set up, along with several others. I am changing our school’s host site so need to delete all accounts as soon as possible. Some of my teachers have been able to successfully do this but others, like me, are awaiting this email.

    Any other ideas?
