  I want to delete my accont.

  WordPress.com accounts are permanent, and you can find more information about that here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  However, if you want to permanently delete your site, follow the guide below:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/

  Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.

  If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:

  I have been trying to delete my sites all day today, and it keeps telling me that I will receive an email. I still haven’t received it.

  Have you looked in your spam filter/ Have you checked under the “social” tag if you use gmail? Please do that and I will tag this thread for a Staff follow-up.   Can you let me know the URL of the site you’re trying to delete? Also, is the email landing under the “Social” tab as Timethief mentioned?

  Hi guys,

  I’ve checked the spam folder and the social tab. It’s not in either. The sites I would like to delete are:

  myvanishedmuse.wordpress.com

  and

  justcallmelucifer.wordpress.com

  The sites are still up. I’ve searched for the cancellation email, and I’ve received none.
