  WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted. You can only delete your blog.
  Here is the guide on how to delete your blog

  Warning! Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address..

  If you want the support staff to delete your blog just add the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this post to notify them.
