  Hi there.

  Unfortunately, while you can delete your site, you cannot delete your account. The course of action to take involves letting it become inactive and unsubscribing from email notifications.

  First, to unsubscribe from notifications, go to https://wordpress.com/me/notifications and select the box that says “Block emails” then save the setting. You can get more information about that at http://support.wordpress.com/subscriptions/#subscription-settings

  The next step is to empy and delete your site. You can review the steps to empty your site at https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ and determine which is the best course of action for you.

  Once you have your site emptied, you would go to your site’s Dashboard and select Tools -> Delete site. You will be prompted for more information and additional confirmations that you want to commit to this permanent action. Once you delete the site, you can never get it back. You will then get a confirmation email with a link you must click to delete your site.

  At that point, it is best if you remove all personal information from your Account Settings and update your password to some random string so you cannot sign back in.

  That’s not good enough. I don’t use my account and since yesterday I have received 7 notification email saying that someone is trying to change my password. Please delete my account.
