  WordPress.com doesn’t have the option to delete an account, but you can cancel email notifications and remove your personal information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  If you have a blog, you can set it to private so it’s no longer visible to anyone. Go to My Sites > Settings > General (or My Sites > WP Admin > Settings > Reading) and tick the box next to “I would like my site to be private, visible only to myself and users I choose”.   If you’d rather delete your site, go to Settings > General and click “Delete Site”. Note that this action is permanent. You won’t be able to use the domain again. More info: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
