  quick question, how do I delete my blog and username?

  You did not specify a blog address or reason for posting when you created this topic.

  This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.

  If you don’t understand the difference, you may find this information helpful.

  I shouldn’t have to write a blog url. You should be able to tell me without knowing my blog. :S

  You can delete your blog. You can’t delete your user account.

  Please delete my blog

  Greetings. I would also like to know how I may delete my wordpress user account.
  Note: not my blog, my user account. I do not want my information on wordpress as it interferes with my comments on blogs running wordpress software. I have no need for wordpress as the software is of inferior quality (clearly, if my wordpress account interferes with blogs running wordpress software even though I do not even use wordpress…)

  If this feature is unavailable, it needs to be implemented as soon as possible. I see no legitimate reason why wordpress would want to keep my account information. Thank you.

  Hello necrofiles,

  You can delete your blog but this action is not reversible.
  as for the user name you won’t be able to delete it user names
  are permanent.
