Delete Account

    Delete my account – What a con, your system will not let me delete my account, states to contact WordPress support. Then I only get an option to submit a question to a forum.

    We are in a pandemic, people are dying, and you will not let me close my account.

    Please DELETE my account PERMANENTLY and confirm you have done this

    Correct account: Yes

    In order to facilitate the closure of your account, we’ll need to first fully downgrade your former Business Plan site to a free site, which may result in the loss of any content created with plugins.

    I’m sure this is what you want, but as it could result in data loss, we do need to ask for confirmation first.

    Thank you macmanx – I didn’t know if anyone would reply, let alone help me.

    I have a ‘bug’ in my account. Yes, please will you fully downgrade my former Business Plan site to a free site, that is fine to lose all content, data, everything including content created with plugins.

    Will you please then delete my gravatar (frustratingly it keeps showing on other sites) and please then delete my account and all sites permanently – and confirm you have done so.
