  what steps are necessary to fully delete my account for user ‘ibbadmin’ registered for email address ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’?

  WordPress.com is unable to delete user accounts. You are able to inactivate your account and unsubscribe from all WordPress.com emails by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
