  I see that I cannot delete account; it was set up illegally by intern at our company who illegally used a name which is close but not our legal name, causing confusion. He also used my personal email as the link, which I have updated. Referred this to our senior legal counsel who told me you should be able to cancel/delete the Account in this case.

  Complaints like this one are not dealt with here on the public support forums. Only Terms of Service Staff have authority in such cases and their authority applies to blogs hosted by WordPress.COM, not to any others.

  There is no phone support. You need to use the correct process to reach Terms of Service Staff. I posted that above and Support Staff confirmed that I provided the correct information above at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/delete-account-799?replies=6#post-2610305
