Delete account and reimbursement
-
Upon subscribing to WordPress for integration with Zapier, I was disheartened to find that the Jetpack plugin (or something else, who knows…) is obstructive and incompatible with the said integration. It is distressing to encounter such a fundamental technical glitch after paying for a premium service, which should ideally have streamlined my operations rather than complicate them.
It is deeply frustrating that despite efforts to navigate this issue, no viable solution has come to light. This situation not only disrupts my workflow but also undermines the confidence I placed in your platform.
Considering the lack of functionality and disruption of service, I demand a full refund of my subscription fee. I am, regretfully, exercising my legal right of retraction due to the inefficiency and incompatibility of the purchased service.
I insist on immediate confirmation of the start of the refund process and a comprehensive timeline for when I can expect my reimbursement.
I trust that you will treat this matter with the gravity it deserves, understanding the depth of my frustration and dissatisfaction. It is my hope that we can swiftly resolve this issue to restore the faith I initially placed in your service.

Hi there!
I’ll be happy to assist you with the issue you’re facing. Can you tell us more about the Zapier integration you want?
The WordPress.com Business plan you purchased gives your site access to third-party themes and plugins. Using plugins, you can significantly enhance the features and functionality of your WordPress.com site. If you’re trying to integrate with Zapier, there’s a high chance that a plugin already exists that you can use to make that integration happen.
Jetpack is active on all WordPress.com sites, so it shouldn’t cause any issues. I’ll be able to suggest better once I have a better understanding of the exact integration you’re going for. Can you tell us more about that?
Thanks!

Thanks for the extra details. I will point out that this plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of the WordPress software. Since it is no longer being maintained or supported, it may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.
Taking a quick look at their documentation, it’s recommended to set up a separate Administrator account and not use the one you use to login: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496101767309-How-to-Get-Started-with-WordPress-on-Zapier#2-creating-a-user-account-for-zapier-optional–0-3
Since you login at
wordpress.com/log-inand not your site’s wp-admin, that may be the problem with the authorization. I’d recommend reaching out to Zapier as well to ask them the proper steps to authenticate a WordPress.com account specifically.I hope this information is helpful! Let us know if you still have trouble!
