Delete account and site
-
I accidentally created a site (mijnblogjenl.wordpress.com). I allready have a site (www.mijnblogje.nl) which I am trying to build with WordPress, so the site I created can be deleted. I can’t do it myself, so how can I delete this site?
Regards.

No, mijnblogjenl.wordpress.com can be deleted. I don’t need this site and I accidentally created it while making an account at WordPress. That was the only way to make an account (strange, I use WP since april this year, with no problems).

Alright – I’ve deleted it for you! Let us know if we can help with anything else. :)

Thanks Chris. I sure will let you know when I have further questions. I am just a beginner at WordPress, but not at building a website. So the next period I am discovering WP.

please delete my account “catscarnival” it was for a class that I’m done with and no longer need the account or catscarnival.org

catscarnival.org does not seem to exist, and I can see you don’t have any sites with us.
As for the account itself, you can remove all data at https://wordpress.com/me/account
… then if you want to take it a step further, you can change your email to a throwaway address, and make a new password, essentially locking yourself out. Note we can’t delete the account itself, but you can disable it this way. You would not be able to have access again.
Another option is to simply block all WordPress.com email by checking the box next to “Block Emails” in your email delivery settings. There’s a link at the bottom of each subscription email, or you can log in and update your settings here:
http://wordpress.com/#!/read/subsettings/By blocking email instead of fully disabling the account, you can use the same name again at some point if you’d like.
