  1. How can I delete an account? (Site does not yet have content.)

  As for the second question, can you clarify what you mean by “transfer an account”? Where are you looking to transfer it from and to?

  Someone else with a word press account would be transferring a wordpress site and domain name to my account so that I can take over editing it.
