Delete Account Not Created By Me

  Greetings,

  I wanted to know if it is possible to delete the account under this username. The reason for this request is because someone not me used my personal information and email address to create this account. I received a “Email Confirmation” email from wordpress. I logged on to the wordpress account under my email, changed the password, deleted the site, and changed my personal information. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and attention to the matter.

  WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted.

  If you wish to leave WordPress.com, you can easily empty and delete your site. Once this is done remove all personal information from your Account Settings and change your password to a random string. This will leave your account inactive and prevent you from gaining access to it in the future.
