Delete account to create domene?

  I have a wordpress.com blog where I have paid to get the address: http://teresebfoto.com. Now I want to create a domene with the same address and use a website instead of the blog. How can I get this address free for registering? Do I have to delete my blog-account at wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
