Delete account which credentials was forgotten

I have another account that i forgot the credentials – username/email and password as i have not used it for a long time. The gmail account that i used to created that account was also lost as i save the credentials in another phone which i had lost. I have the transaction details from my bank account and thats the only thing i know about having the wordpress website. Can i delete the account with help from here as the only way i see is from login into the account which i have forgotten the credentials to.

Hi @sarieltohzhikeong, the account recovery team will need to review this, but generally you can regain access if you have the transaction ID. I redacted that here since it’s private, though you didn’t share a link to the site you were trying to recover, so hopefully it’l be fine.
Please go to this link:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryEnter the site address, your username for that address, your current email, and the transaction ID.
The form may tell you you can recover the account by email and ask you to resubmit the form if needed. If you see that message, please click button again.
That will give the correct info (including the site address and private transaction ID) to the correct team so they can help you sort this out. Thanks!
