  I am trying to delete my WordPress account, as well as the domain connorelaine.wordpress.com which is associated with it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello!

  Unfortunately you cannot completely delete the domain but you can delete the site and leave the domain empty. Here are two links you can follow with some simple steps on how to complete this.
