Delete Administrator from blog

  There are two admin in my blog. Now I would like to delete the profile of the other admin, without deleting the posts in his profile. How to do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am the author (admin) of my blog and gave the same privilege (admin) to somebody else to manage the blog, Now we have decided that I will be the only administrator for this blog, and decided to delete the profile of the 2nd admin. He even tried to delete his own profile, without affecting all his posts on the blog, but could not do that.
  1. Kindly explain the procedure to delete a 2nd admin from a blog without deleting any posts.

  2. How do I transfer all the postings from one blog to a new blog?
