Delete all accounts

It won’t let me delete my site, etc. I have until Feb. 25 to close down everything and not be charged, but I got notice that I was being billed through PayPal. I want everything closed down. My business isn’t going well, and I want to simpify my life. Currently taking care of two parents with dementia.

You weren’t able to cancel your WordPress.com Premium purchase because your domain bullfrogstobutterflies.com is registered through the Premium upgrade. When this happens, we handle the cancellation manually.
If you don’t want to keep the domain, we can cancel it for you. Please note that canceling it makes it available for someone else to purchase, and you might not be able to register it again. We don’t recommend canceling unless you’re okay with this.
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:
After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:
If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name and/or Premium, please reply to confirm.
Then once the upgrades are dealt with I can provide you instructions on deleting your site.

Thank you! I don’t want any of my domain names, etc. I thought I would keep up with my blog and I didn’t. Maybe one day I will try it again! Thank you for your services. Oh, there was an automatic draft through PayPal that was supposed to go through, but it didn’t expire until Feb of 2015. Please “fix” this for me. I don’t want to pay for something that isn’t even expired yet…and I don’t use. Thanks!
