Delete All Apam button doesn’t work

Since the dashboard upgrade got rolled out I’m no longer able to delete spam with a quick click. Now it seems I have to manually check the box on each comment, select Delete from the bulk action dropdown and then click Apply. There is a checkbox to supposedly select all of the comments as well as a Delete All Spam button, but I am unable to delete spam comments by any other means than the multiple steps listed above. Is this how it’s supposed to work?

I think you have to be in the actual Spam Comment window for the “Delete All Spam” button to work. That will delete anything Akismet has identified as Spam.

Whoops, my bad. I guess that particular button only appears in the Spam Comment window. I didn’t check any box, just hit the button and all the spam comments were deleted.

What I find a nuisance is being told there are (x+y) comments where x are approved and y are spam!

bostonpeng, both the Delete All Spam button and the ‘select all comments’ checkbox mechanism work fine for me.
Clear your browser’s cache. If it still fails, please contact support with details.
