Delete all BuddyPress Groups

  Hello,
  I’ve had an issue with spam-bots on my site where they created hundreds of spam groups. I’ve found a way to stop new ones from being created, but I need to delete all the existing ones.

  I can delete each individual group, but for some reason the bulk action delete isn’t working. Is there a way to fix the bulk action deleter, or could I just delete them all through my host’s file manager?
