  Can you help me delete all content on my site and just keep the theme and url?

  You can delete all your WordPress.com site’s content by following the directions outlined in this documentation: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/.

  Hi, yeah I know. But under the settings menu there is a “start over” where it says that I can EITHER follow those steps OR contact support and they will do it for me. When I followed the contact support link it lead me to this forum where I asked my question. It seemed odd but here I am.

  When there is masses of content over many years that would take hours to remove by yourself then staff can assist. When there are only a few posts/pages it doesn’t take many minutes to remove them yourself. However if you think you need staff assistance then you can add the word modlook to the tag box on the right and a member of staff will reply to you.
