  I’d like to delete all the present content of my WordPress site. I have changed the name and now I want to delete its content so I can start afresh. plus the tag name. I would like to change that. I don’t want this sight to carry any personal name or anything like that

  See the Empty Site support page, which provides instructions for emptying the site on your own. Alternatively you may ask staff assist you via the Start Over page.
