  Currently your site is displaying the demo homepage layout of the Mayland theme. You can see the resemblance here: https://wordpress.com/theme/mayland

  To clarify, you wish to remove the existing demo content and start from a completely empty site? Or did you have something else in mind? Do you plan to stay with this theme or switch to another? Do you happen to have any sites (does not have to be WordPress) that you are drawing inspiration from or trying to emulate?
