Delete all content, but keep blog

I would like to delete all of the content on my blog (decibelity.wordpress.com) to avoid confusion, but keep the blog so that i can put a link to my self-hosted blog (decibelity.net) on the front page.

The good news is that you can easily delete all blog content by yourself.
bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit

So it’s suggesting that I go through and manually delete the posts 10 at a time, or am I missing something?

If I’m not mistaken, the bulk edit option allows 20 at a time. There’s no one-button Delete All, because it would probably get used by mistake or maliciously.
What I did was make a static page, set it to the front, and then use the bulk editor to set all my posts private, starting from most recent. It didn’t take that long.

You can adjust the number of Posts on the edit page over 20 – I have mine set at 50 – but seems to me I did see a problem with a really big number of Posts on the list Posts page – but I can’t remember the problem number
