delete all content from theme

  I am new and experimenting with a theme(s) and all content.
  Gallery , slide show, headers, etc. Lots of images and posts.
  I want to delete ALL content and start over without deleting account.
  I do not want to go into each ‘option” and change individually.

  What is best method or is there already a selection option I have not found.
