    Delete all sites except lead2.org

    Hi @intercommusa,

    lead2.org is not hosted here on WordPress.com, I don’t know if the other sites are hosted here on WordPress.com, but if they are you can delete them by going to your dashboard at WordPress.com, and by Settings>General you can delete the sites permanently.

    I didn’t even notice this posted publicly lol, but thank you so much for looking into this for me and I think I’ve figured out how to erase them. Thanks again!

    Hi there,

    I see a total of five sites in your account: 3 Jetpack-connected sites, including lead2.org, and two WordPress.com sites that were on our Business Plan at one point.

    You should be able to remove the Jetpack sites yourself, as per the instructions at https://wordpress.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/, but I’m happy to do that for you if you prefer.

    As for the two WordPress.com sites, before you’ll be able to delete them, I’ll first need to revert them to how they were before you installed any plugins on them. This process will also remove all content added to the sites after that point, so I need your confirmation to proceed.

    Additionally, you have a pending chargeback on the site, lead2org.wordpress.com, for a renewal payment on 5 April. We offer a full refund on all upgrades if you contact us within the refund period. But when you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee.     If you are willing to cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you ourselves. Otherwise you will need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation, which could take eight to twelve weeks before you’ll receive a refund, and you won’t be able to completely delete the site until you’ve paid the chargeback fee to unlock the site.
