Delete all Followers

I read in the user forum that one of the happiness engineers offered to delete blog followers. What amount of notice or what type of request would I need to complete to have all of my followers deleted?

We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. Everyone on the internet can view and follow any public blog. That is in fact what the public designation means.
