delete all my posts I want to start afresh
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To delete your post, you would simply go to the “Blog Posts” tab. You would click on the “more” button underneath the blog post, and click “trash.” You would do this for all of your posts.
If you would like to start your site over and keep the domain, you would go to settings, “erase all content but no delete” button.

I clicked the member link under the username above and saw this: Member Since August 24, 2012 (4 years). I clicked into the site and saw that it was visually devoid of blogger created content. That I assumed this person actually needs help with setting up their theme.

I can see that you have not yet set up your theme at http://babblingyadayada.wordpress.com/Every theme has a detailed theme description page and this one is at https://wordpress.com/theme/singl That’s where set up instructions for it are found and the link to the live demo site.
