Delete all of my connected sites

Hello. I was wondering if maybe you could delete all of my connected sites (jenova.x10.mx and the other one) as they no longer exist or I am not using WordPress with them anymore. I also wanted to know if maybe you could disconnect Jetpack as well because I keep getting notifications about my site being down and I don’t use that domain anymore. Thanks!

    Hey japancatjack,

You sound to ask for disconnecting your self-hosted WordPress websites. As you already know, those are connected with WordPress.com using Jetpack, you can disconnect them from your WordPress.com account by going to My Sites>>Settings.

    Please read this.

These sites do not physically exist anymore. I would like them disconnected as I cannot because they don’t exist anymore and I cannot go into Settings. I am currently getting emails from Jetpack Site Monitor about my site being Up or Down.

If the domain name doesn’t exist then it’s not possible to get the notifications. How can you install Jetpack when you don’t even have a website?

    jenova.x10.mx doesn’t exist anymore.

And you don’t need to log into your website. It’s from your WordPress.com account, the one you use her in the forums.

Click on My Sites shown at the top-left corner to check the websites which are connected via Jetpack.

I installed Jetpack on my site when I had the wordpress site on that specific site. I did NOT disconnect it when migrating the site to a new domain.

I have another one, I assume its: jenova.rf.gd/test which is being seen by the monitor as down or up. I am getting notifications on it even though I did the same as above (migrating without disconnecting first).

I am not really sure as how to say this, so forgive me while I try to find my words to explain this clearly.

I can understand and you don’t need to think about what you did before.

For now, if you want to disconnect Jetpack from your websites. Just click on the My Sites Option shown above at the top-left corner, go to settings and disconnect them.

I cannot disconnect it. It shows my site, and then settings at the bottom. I go to Settings and it tells me “Please select a site to Open Settings.” Underneath is a box stating “No sites found”

Then it’s possible that you were using a different WordPress.com account to connect your websites using Jetpack.

  • Hi there,

I have disconnected both websites from your WordPress.com account.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you.
