Delete all our WP sites and close my WordPress account

We haven’t used WP for quite a few years, and I deleted our website directories on our ISP dashboard along with all other associated files years ago. But, I still see our old site show up when I search for our company online. I’ve gone through the WP process to close my account, which I don’t even believe is still active, by the way, and when I click on the final ‘close the account’ button, the spinning circle of time goes round and round with a note saying my account is being closed. But it continues to go around and doesn’t stop or notify me that the process has been completed. Ideas?

It appears that you have deleted the WordPress.com user account that you were posting from. I’m going to assume that you have sorted out your situation. If not, please feel free to contact us again.
