Hi I would like support to empty my site so I can keep my url. Bulk post selection is no longer available so i cant delete multiple posts at once.

You have two options to reset a site and keep the URL.
You can do it by yourself manually. This is quick and easy, especially if you don’t have a large blog. You can read this guide to help you through it:
https://wordpress.com/support/empty-site/The second option is having a WordPress.com staff member delete it for you, although you will have to wait until they see it. To use this method (which you seem to want) you will have to reply confirming the URL of the website that you want to empty and that you understand that the process is irreversible and the content cannot be recovered.
I will flag this post so that a staff member sees it and can continue with the emptying of the site once you reply with your confirmation.
