  Are you trying to change your blog name?
  You can’t rename your blog but you can add a new blog and delete the old one.

  Thanks. How do I delete the old one? What screen do I go to?

  Accounts are not deleted. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
  To get a new blog simply point your browser to > http://wordpress.com/signup

  Here are the instructions for deleting a blog but I would like to suggest that you do not delete the blog and instead keep it as a test blog where you can try out new things before you use them on your primary blog. Once deleted the URL can never be used again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/

  Settings > delete blog, but make sure that the dashboard for the blog you want to delete is the one that is active when you go to delete it, otherwise you might mistakenly delete a blog you do not want to delete.

  Also, you might think about setting the blog you do not want to private and then you can use that one for testing and such if need be and it will not show up on your new blog.
