delete an entire blog completely

I would like to eliminate the entire blog I created address and all and begin with a blank slate, can I do this? My focus has changed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can easily delete any site by following these steps:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/Remember that site deletion is permanent. If there is any chance that you’d like to use that site address in the future I do not recommend deleting it. Once deleted we can not restore it.
Rather, go ahead and add a new site to your account. There is not a limit on the number of free sites you can have.
Go to My Sites > Switch Site > scroll all the way to the bottom and click Add Site.

I have another issue. I am trying to register my blog in my MS Word program, but it says it cannot register it. I am pasting in the address from the blog is this correct?
