This appears to have been a Business Plan site, and so you’ll need assistance from staff. I’ve tagged this with modlook to ask them to help.

Hi there,
Before you can delete that site we’ll have to revert it to how it was before you installed any plugins. This will cause any content you added after that point to be lost with no possibility of restoring it later, so even if you wish to delete the entire site I’ll need your confirmation before I can do that.
