Delete and stop payment for website

    I would like to delete my website….

    puthukerilfilmphotography.com and I want to stop my yearly membership. y’all charged my bank account today when I thought I stopped the membership. Please help me in this matter.

    No problem, that renewal of $66 is definitely eligible for a refund. Please write back to me from the account where that charge was processed. You’ll need to sign in as brittanyputhu.

    The entire site will remain available to you on the free version if everything is cancelled. Please understand that cancelling the domain means you’ve forfeited ownership of it. In a few months it will be able to be registered by the public and someone could build a site with it. If that’s ok then no worries. If you want to keep the domain and potentially use it again in the future let us know. It doesn’t have to even be used with us, it could be moved somewhere different.

    So I’ve been racking my brain about the password and I cant remember what the password is with “brittanyputhu” so I clicked lost password and I don’t know what email is tied to that username. I mean I only have two emails and I checked both and its not working.

    I really just want to remove the website/domain, cancel payments and get reimbursed for the $66.

    Is there anything else I can do to access that account?

  • If you absolutely cannot remember the login info, your next step should be the account recovery system here:

    And if THAT does not work, your best bet is the “Why was I charged?” system here:

    I still can’t access my account and delete my website, stop payments and get reimbursed. I tried all the options mentioned and I’m getting no where.
