  Voulnteers cannot delete blogs. You will have to do that yourself. You can delete a blog by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/ but deleting a blog is forever. It takes 3 warnings and a verification link in an email that make it clear the blog URL will be gone forever and the URL cannot be recycled and reused by anyone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ That’s why we Volunteers recommend http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/making the blog visibility private and using it as a test blog or a backup blog.
