  Hi there,
  The good news is that you don’t have to delete the blog. You can keep the URL and easily delete all blog content by yourself.
  bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
  bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
  bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit

  If you do delete the blog then know that the URL will not be recucled and cannot be used by you again or by anyone else. Please read these two entries:
