  If you delete the blog, then its URL will be gone forever. You won’t be able to change your mind and get that same name back again. If you have doubts, you can empty the contents:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
  Then set it to private:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  This is a good option because next week or next year you might change your mind and come to believe that was the best blog name ever. If you set it to private, then you can change your mind and retrieve it!

  Your link to how to delete a blog or wp.com site is accurate, but please be sure to let the poster know that deleting a site is forever. If one deletes a site, then it is gone permanently. Yes there are warnings about that during the process, but there are many questions on these forums about restoring a URL because folks don’t read carefully or don’t believe that the warnings apply to them.

  In addition http://www.cumaindo.info/ is most likely a WordPress.ORG blog, perhaps attached to a wp.COM account. In that case we need to know which account, so that staff can take care of the problem.
