Delete blog

I have a wordpress hosted blog (smallretailer.wordpress.com) created from a Blogger import that will not load my settings info. I would like to delete it and start over, but cannot seem to be able to find that option. Can you assist please. I DO NOT want to delete my other self hosted blog site….atlantaretailconsulting.net. Thank you.

Hi there,
There is no ability to “free domain for futher use” at WordPress.com. If you do delete the blog then know that the URL will not be recycled and cannot be used by you again or by anyone else. Please read these two entries:

Timethief…thank you for the reply. It was partially helpful, but I could use a bit more help.
My wp hosted blog is http://www.smallretailer.com. I plan to use it eventually, but cannot seem to control it like I should be able to. When I’m logged into it, I click on “settings” and I get a “loading” message that does nothing and goes for hours without stopping. It’s as if the “settings” commands are lost in a loop of some sort. I was considering deleting the blog to start over, but per the info links you sent me that doesn’t seem like the best option. I just want to get the blog working and responding to my commands. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
