  The extraordinarily limited ‘instruction’ to delete a blog says ‘go to Tools -> Delete Blog in your Dashboard.’ I cannot locate Tools.

  Also, will deleting the blog free up my email address so I can start fresh with a new blog/WP account, and no association with this one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
