  Dear support,

  i contact you in order to close my blog, by this i mean delete it and all its content.
  Then, i would like also to suppress my account.

  I tried to do it by myself, unfortunetly i cannot.
  Could you do this for me please ?

  This is something you can (and should) do yourself. The instructions found in this document are step by step and easily followed:

  Keep in mind that this will ultimately result in permanent removal of all your content so if there is anything you think you might want to save, please do so before proceeding.

  Hi,

  Thanks for your answer.
  I would like to do delete my site by myself, but it says me that i have “active premium purchase”, but there is no way to cancel it.
  I did the purchase in 2011….. maybe it’s the reason why ?

  Hi
  Yes, that will prevent you from completing the deletion process.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades
  talks about removing the upgrades. If you try as per those instructions and are unsuccessful, let us know.

  Hi,

  I have none of the mentioned options on my purchase… :(
  I just see the purchase (theme) nothing more.(even in purchase details).

  Hi Caroline,

  You had a Premium Theme on your site (Delicious Magazine). I’ve removed it, so you should be able to delete your site now.

  Come back to me if you have any problems.
