Delete blog

Hi! I’m having a problem when renaming my blog’s url. It was originally athenaracca.wordpress.com then I changed it to cluelessmaster.wordpress.com. When I logged in back, there was another blog with the address athenaracca.wordpress.com, I want to delete the blog but not keep the address available since I might use it in the future. How will that be possible?

If you do not have a lot of content then you can easily delete all blog content by yourself rather than waiting for Staff to do it for you.

Yes that’s what I did and need it back. Surely they say that people cant take other peoples addresses but if it was yours in the first place then surely you should be able to get it back

Hey there,
It looks like you’ve removed all of the content from this blog already:
http://athenaracca.wordpress.com/If you delete the blog completely, you won’t be able to use the blog address again. This obviously isn’t what you’re after, so it’s best to leave the blog as is. You may also want to set the blog to “Private” via Settings -> Privacy in the blog’s dashboard to prevent users from accessing it.
