  I would like to delete our site. When I try to do that, I get a message telling me to deactivate ‘Premium Upgrades’. However, I cannot access that subscription as it is probably tied to another user’s premium subscription (former employee). Can you cancel everything for me?

  Hi there,

  The thread was already flagged for a staff member to look on it.

  Until then you can use the link https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ to be taken to the Purchases/Upgrades page. There use the links provided on that page to cancel your upgrades.

  Thanks! The mentioned Purchases/Upgrades page is empty for me. So there are no active upgrades, but I still cannot delete the blog.

  Please confirm which site you want to delete. There are not any upgrades on the account that you are using here.

  Are you working on graduateland.wordpress.com? In order to help you with that site, you’ll need to sign in with the patricklundcph account.
