You can read more about what the account recovery process entails and how to get started here:https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery
To recover your WordPress account, fill out the account recovery form and the team will get in touch with you soon.
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryPlease contact Account Recovery Team directly at passwordhelp@wordpress.com if you are unable to fill out the form.
Upon gaining access to your account, you may delete the site.
Click on Settings on your WordPress.com site’s settings page. Scroll to the bottom of the General tab and click Delete your site permanently.
You must be logged in under the same username. Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use it.
