delete blog from wordpress.com account

    hello … please delete my blogs from wordpress.com account.
    when I login at dashboard.wordpress.com I can not see tool :
    In my site’s dashboard, go to Tools → Delete Site

    so, i can not delete my blog is not used and not renewal domain.
    Also i can not create new wordpress.com free blog

    please help me with this issue, thanks

    you can ask to wp support, or you can create new account in wordpress.com
